Help Moving Site

I am in BIG BIG problem. my web host will no longer be in operation.
I need to download the SQL databseof my site but nothing is working (no Cpanel etc ) except http & FTP.

Is it any way i can download my PHPLD database

PLEASE HELP ME.

Do you have phpmyadmin access?
If so then you can just export the database that way.

oh dear u save my life i forget that i can access phpmy admin bypassing the cPanel :D

This forum will do a lot more if you do the honourable thing and replace the credit to phplinkdirectory! :wink: Cannot expect help if you take away the link now can you. Also if you have the cheek to try and look like dmoz why not have a look at the templates available on this site.?
