I would like to resize my directory to 800 pixels in width and centered.
How do I do that?

Hello,
If you post a link to your directory, I'll be able to give you more detail as I don't know if you've changed anything :)
In an unchanged install you would
Open up templates/main.tpl
Look for
Content visible to registered users only.
And replace with
Content visible to registered users only.
If I've helped, consider sending a donation.

Oh duh, I was thinking Cats alone.
Maybe you want the whole shebang?
For that, open up the main.css, and add this to the body element
Content visible to registered users only.
*shakes head* This is what happens when I'm tired and hurting :)

Should I redo the first code then?
How do I add a background picture to the main background?

You can undo the first :)
Well, there are many ways to add a background. Is it tiled? Do you need it fixed, left to right, up and down the left side, right side, center haha
There's many things, I just need to know how you want it.

My site is {url not currently in service}so that background image.
I am also having problems with the middle part of the directory being off centered. Any ideas?

I can't give you an answer off the top of my head with the off center thing.
I've not messed with the theme yet :)
The background image should be taken care of with this also in your BODY of the CSS file
Content visible to registered users only.
Let me know.

Ok that worked.
I have made a page where my main.tpl code is
{url not currently in service}
EDIT: I think I fixed it. I adjusted a width and now I'm all good.
