Which hosting service do you recommend for this directory?

It seems I'm a little off-topic here. But I really want to know which webhosting service do you think is best suitable for this directory to function properly and stably? Enough bandwidth/month xxG, functions supported well and good uptime @less than 10 bucks/month would be what I'm looking for.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. TIA.

My favorite is site5.com and also hostgator.com
I will tell you the pagerank function is blocked by google on their servers (and many others too), but I'll give you the pagerank update tool free if you can do that Chinese translation.
