Spanish letters mess up submit

How can I change the letters here to make it look right

In your header.tpl, look for <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /> and change UTF-8 for iso-8859-1

Open your include/config.php and do the same there, change utf-8 for iso-8859-1

That should solve it.
