Paid support for PHP Link Directory v3.2.0

I don't understand, do I have to pay extra for support for something I already paid for, on top of what I paid for? But if I use the free version I get support for free?

You are totally off base :)

Support is included if it is script related.
The supporters forum access is for access to a supporters only area that contains mods, tips and many answers posted already.
Will I answer your questions here of course.
If it is a script problem I will offer fixes.

Bottom line is we stand behind the script totally.

Oh right, that's great then. It just looks confusing because there is a section called "Support (Version 2)" but not one that says "Support (Version 3)". Is it that the whole forum is for version 3, but just that section is only for version 2?

i may be off base lol but as Dawzz said they hehehehe we stand behind the v3.x script so there shouldn't be many script related problems, but if there are, we'll be happy to offer advice here....

whereas v2.x though we stand behind it, it's not nearly as great as v3 :D and we offer more support of it (I guess....ok while typing this i'm thinking this is bs but oh well)

the supporters forum is for supporters but we do encourage v3 users to join because we offer limited mods there that are not offered to the normal forum users (no offense lol) and will go more into detail on to fix errors...but do remember we only give limited support to 3rd party items such as mods and templates....
