Pre sales question for 3.0

We want to but the SW but need clarification on "$25 PER directory if you will be including a link back to this site in the footer of your directory" or "$75 PER directory if you will not be linking back"

What exactly "PER directory" means

1. Is that you buy the SW with limitations?
2. You have limited feature?

Appreciate if someone can clarify.

Hello and welcome!

For each license you are allowed to install the software once (per directory). You are NOT allowed to buy one license and install it on different domains, or more than once in different folders.

If you buy the $25 version, you must provide a link back to www.phplinkdirectory.com on each page, but if you take the $75 version you may remove the link from your template.

There are no limitations.

We would be using this SW package on alive site/domain name.... we want to install/test on a sub-domain and make sure all works ok before moving to the site.... can we do it?

Also how difficult is changing from default template? We tried installing on 2.1 another template than default and were not successful.

Also if we buy the $25 package initially... can we upgrade later to the $75 buy paying the difference?
