After choosing for example a "featured link" then the submit buttom need to link to the payment.php file but after clicking on submit it goes to the start file "index.php". Is this the problem?! and if that so, how to fix it?

The problem is now fixed. Thanks alot Dawzz
But as I see When chancing the price on example "feature link" then you need to reopen your link directory if you had it open while chancing the price to be able buy the feature link?
For example if you chance the price when a person is currently going to buy a feature link then the customer will get a wrong message and needs to reopen the page?
This problem happened to me therefore I wonder.
Thanks

what is happening is you are running into session problems.
IE7 and tabs? Firefox and Tabs?
What I do when working on one and run into this is to use one browser for admin and one for to do the submit tests
