Cannot submit link?

People are saying that they cannot submit their link. Can someone please check out my site and figure out why? I cannot find a problem.

Hi there, I just this second tested your site by trying to submit one of my test areas and your recip url is {removed}

Your site did not pick this up.....

Try disabling recip links required and make it optional. See if people can submit their links then.
