Mod not to accept links with certain words in a title

I get many submissions with stupid titles like "Thank you".
Can anybody share a mod that would match certain words to the title, and if it finds one that matches it exactly, then the link would not get to the database and make it even to admin panel.

I think there is a feature to ban words in the phpld3.2
