Description: Allows users to submit articles. Option to not require users to be registered and logged in to submit articles, or only allow registered users to submit articles. Submitted articles are added to the database, but in pending mod which must be approved via phpLD Admin before they become visible in the directory. An email is also sent to phpLD adminsitrator as notification of article submission. This mod only applies to version 3.2.0+ of phpLD, and NOT earlier versions (as earlier versions lack the Article backend builtin to phpLD).
