Change the drop down menu on the submit page for versions 2.1 and 3.2 from
Cat
|_Sub Cat
|__Sub Sub Cat to Cat > Sub Cat> Another Sub Cat

for v2.x on the submit page everything's fine...but in the admin section for some reason there's a 0 before every category name i.e.
0Auto
0Auto > Auto Parts
0Travel
0Travel > Hotels
