Help!

I just installed phpld on this server, and this is what it looks like.

I have used phpLD many times before, and never had a problem. I even deleted it and reinstalled it, and still the same. It loads very slowly, then this.

Any ideas?

Looking at the source code I see ~415030.422776//cgi-bin/ before each link.. is that right?
