Link submit notification not working

I recently acquired a directory running phpld version 2.0.0. The problem is that the link submit notification and the link payment notification is not working. How can I fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

i would suggest updating to the latest version 2.1.3 :)
make sure in the admin section that all of the info is filled out to you and your site....

make sure there are templates for these emails....

make sure that the user nobody is able to send mail from your server
