How to make Url's SEO Friendly (( report, email, details))

What would be the code to do mod_rewrite to make these urls SEO friendly.

I have looked through the forum but could not find the info to do this.

Hi, I see you are using a couple of VSDan's mods.
I have been planning to add more mod rewrite rules. It is actually part of the plan listed here: www.phpld.com
I don't know exactly how long it will be but certainly will not be forgotten. Also part of the plan and partially implemented in Newstopica is use of mod rewrite with in paginated results like this:
