Finally i installed phplinkdirectory at {url removed because it is no longer active} whic is still under construction. I would like to thank david and other moderators also who helped me. Now i am facing few problems like...i want static links on my this site i mean i don want a query string like {url removed because it is no longer active}
but i want like this {url removed because it is no longer active} which is seo friendly. SO how can i do it and where can i get the mod_rewrite code for it
Pls also tell me how and where i can change the templates like i want to show some partners links want to add google adsense on my a/c .....want to change the color of text and backgrounf n all.

Look in the configuration. You will see there is an option to turn on Mod Rewrite. And to change the look and add your links, etc you will want to edit the header and footer files in the templates folder.

What changes are required in header and footer files in the templates folder.
There is no option available in config settings for mod_rewrite.
There is one option available which is Enable URL rewrite....is this the mod_rewrite?
