How much time it takes to validate a reciprocal link?

Quick question:

How much time it takes to validate a reciprocal link? I have submit a web site to test my new phpLD installation and check via validate links, but nothing yet after two hours... Maybe is too soon. You tell me.

An update to my previous post.

The Validate Links function was able to verify the site's link pages as valid, but was not able to validate the reciprocal links URL...

Any comments/hints/tricks... :(

Searching further I found what appears to be is my issue:

It appears to a bug and its been worked on.
