Category suggetions for a country directory?

I am planing a web directory for a country, and I would like to know if there is a category suggestions or dumb for such directories?

i'm not sure i understand the question however, VSDan's created a paid mod called Suggest Category, where your visitors may suggest a category to be added to your directory
