E-Mail Questions

Hello

I'm using Link Directory v2.1.3 and I'm in the process of setting up the E-Mail.

I can send email fine from the control-panel under the emailer option BUT when someone submits a link they aren't receiving a email about their information. I have three email
templates .. link owner notification, emailer and emailer and add link and none are sending
mail back to the owner of the website submitting their link .. what am I doing wrong?

Any suggestions?

Have you set the options in System > Email settings > Notifications

That is the main action, you need to set up notifications from Cpanel!
Otherwise, email won't be sent! :)

I have the email notifications setup .. link owner notification, emailer and the email and add link but when I submit a link with my personal mail address there is no response ...

Does PHP Link Directory v2.1.3 have the option that, when someone submits a link the person receives a notification that we received their link and we are in the process of processing their link OR do I need to maniually under the EMailer option in the control panel

Or does v3 have this option, if so we WILL be upgrading to v3

Problem with the E-Mail is now fixed .. im a dumba** and didn't look carefully at the settings ..

No problem but I will tell you that 3.x is light years ahead of the free version ;)
