Sub Categories

I just uploaded phpLink Directory today. All seems to be working so far.

The only thing I can't quite figure out is how to enter sub-categories from the admin panel.

It's just like creating a normal category, but you choose a different "Parent" category from the drop down list.

Thanks for your response on creating sub-categories.
So for I have been able to create categories and sub-categories.

Do we create our own index page under the categories and sub-categories?
Or do you copy an index template into each category and sub-category page?

For example for the category Shopping we have sub-category Antiques.
I have the path as mysite.com/directory/Shopping
Now under Shopping do we place an index.php file?

Going one step to sub-categry Antiques I have a similar path structure
mysite/directory/Shopping/Antiques
Again do we place an index.php file under the Antiques directory?
