Recently I had the Authority Directory Blog (http://www.authoritydirectory.com/blog/) added to my site (thanks mikey1090). The reasons I added it were to allow for additional content, expand the possibility of site reviews and interaction with visitors to the site.
I see that blogs are pretty common additions to directories, though some are definitely used more than others. I see some directory blogs with only a couple posts that have been around for months or even years.
I thought I would get some ideas on additional uses for the blog and generating content from those of you that have blogs with your directory.
How do you use your directory blog?
How do you generate the content? Write it yourself, use a feed, hire writers or some other way.
