Datebase Merge/Import from a different program to phpLD?

You have/had a total of 5 posts.
Your posts are being moderated for content and then it it meets certain criteria it stays in moderated status for approval.

What cp settings would that be?
Signature?
Not allowed until X posts or made or you purchase supporters forum access.

Same goes with a few other settings also including posting live links.

Since this doesn't interfere with providing support this was the best way to combat signature and link spam from people who sign up due to the sites pagerank and traffic and never become contributing members or even product users.
