How to buy more Licenses?

One other thing, I bought a Directory recently that had phpLD 3.2 on it. Do I have to buy a new license for that one too?

Did the owner give you his username here? He needs to contact David to transfer the license. I would pm David the relevant information and let him check for you :)

Yes, what I need in order to transfer a license is
1. Seller's phpLD username
2. Buyer's phpLD username
3. Statement from seller authorizing transfer of license and acknowledgment they are giving up the license and removing the installation from their server.

I've made more than enough money on the directory that I bought from him, so I'll just go ahead and buy a license for myself...

But generally speaking, how do you guys make sure people are not running phpLDs that have not purchased licenses?

I can't say that we can stop everyone, but we do have quite a number of tools in our arsenal, but I prefer not to give specifics as that could make our methods less effective. But I can say that we have successfully shutdown dozens of sites.
