Now only "a-z, A-Z, 0-9, _, -" is allowed in adding URL title .I am wondering if we can use Chinese character in adding URL title , that will bring a lot SE friendly benefit for most of the SE to read the directory in Chinese base .

Directory like DMOZ is using Chinese character as the URL title now . see the example "http://dir.google.com/Top/World/Chinese_Simplified/%E8%AE%A1%E7%AE%97%E6%9C%BA/"

thanks

Just an update that we now have the ability to show special characters in the URL like the example above, and we are making it part of what we offer. So whether it be Chinese characters in the URL or Persion Characters in the URL (or Hebrew, etc.), we have a way to do it now.

I will be posting a download for 4.0 tomorrow on this.
so far it has been beta tested by a few people and it works good for indexing in google.
