I can see something similar is in the works, but I am having some trouble setting up the notification system with the templates.

It would be useful to have an automated message sent, from one of the templates, when a link is either accepted or rejected. Rejected links should utilize the database to enter a reason for the rejection that the admin can refer to in the future.

Yes, the new system is dependant on whether or not you set up the templates.
Ex. if you setup a rejection template, then the rejecton notice will be sent. If you do not set it up, nothing will be sent. The same applies to the acceptance template.

David, does the current RC3 generate automatic emails if the site is acdepted or rejected? If so, how does one configure this? Do you need the accept/reject emails to have a ecrtain title or something or is it a setting I missed in the configuration panel?

Hi there...good to see you here.
We are just a couple of days away from the final release, where have what you are looking for.

If you want to see the latest dev version admin in action, go to {url removed}I haven't played around with it much, but you are welcome to look around.

But really, it's probably better to wait a couple more days.
The paypal and featured links mods will also be finished too.

Thanks, David. I can wait two days :D

I have customized my installation a bit.. I expect that some of the temp fixes I added are probably already in the next release (I only installed this a few days ago).

That looks really good David.

This is becoming a really large program with a lot of good features.

Thanks,
There will be a final release with everything you see in the WebSVN plus the paypal mod any time now. Then we will be taking a break for about 2 weeks, as dcb is getting married. I hope everyone will wish him well. :)

(there will still be some support, but no major upgrades)
