How to Import Links From Other directories? (Urgent Please)

I want to know that how to import links from the other web directories.

Any help will be appreciated.

v3.2 has a spider mod that will import links for you

otherwise you can do a sql dump....if you can get one from the site...i don't think that v2.x has any import mods but i could be wrong
