A while back I found a great list of all free templates here (not all of course, but it was dang complete), last time I saw it they were doing updates about once a month in new pages. I'm pretty sure I recall it was done on wordpress. If you know of any template sites that are current and has 100's of templates, please post them, bouncing all over the place is taing so long.
