Multiple sites - easy way to manage

Hi,

what is the easiest way to manage multiple sites 3-4 when structure (categories) should be equal?

Is there a copy or import function available? If yes - in which version or how to do it.

Would not wish to manually type everything multiple times.

I would use MySql and just export the category database and import in each new installation
