Maybe I am just blind, but i cannot find a readme or help file where there is a desciption on how to change "Site Name" "Directory Name" or the layout. I know RTFM, but where is it?

the only reall readme file included is called Install.txt

To change the Site Name and such, you have to access the admin area, and go to System ---> Directory

Changing the layout is all on your own.
