First let me congratulate you on a great directory script. I am currently playing around with 2.0 on a local machine, and I like it quite a bit.
There is only one thing keeping me from purchasing it. I've grown very fond to Drupal. Most notably its usage of taxonomy. I know there is a 'multiple directory' mod for 2.0, but does 3.x allow you to assign links multiple directories?
My particular directory is one where the ideals behind the concepts can be thought of in different ways, so there are a number of entries that would be suitably placed in multiple categories.
Forgive me if this feature is already present, but I could not find it or missed it while reading.

I think we could add this for you. I haven't personally seen the mod, but I would love to see an example, and would also be happy to help you see it through to completion.

In its simplest form, the process of adding a link would stay completely the same except when choosing what category a given link goes, you would use a multiple select box (Ctrl+click). I can't imagine implementing it would be that difficult, but I haven't seen the source for 3 so I wouldn't know.
An obvious effect this feature would have on featured or paid submissions, would be the need to be able to check the number of directories chosen during link submission and notify the user that the cost of submission is directly related to the number of categories. This would obviously need to be an setting in the admin panel, and I could see two obvious usages:
Content visible to registered users only.
OR
Content visible to registered users only.

there's a feature on the script that you could submit your site multiple time but you have to do the same process everytime you want to submit a site. I think on what greg-j want is just a shortcut, add a site in different category in one submission.

The main thing here is we would have to find a way to make this configurable. Maybe some people would not like to have this option. I know, for example, some people have a huge list of categories, and using a drop down list (with control click) is not feasible.
The other item is payments. We would have to set up a method for pricing, and this would have to be compatible our current system where the admin can use different amounts of time (ex. annual or monthly).
If you have an example of a script that does this, it would be helpful.
