Problem in submit form

About 2 day ago i have the follow problem:
In my directory exist, for example the domain (link) clubmercedes.com (active)
If i am trying to submit the website mercedes.com i get this error:
"Domain already exists in the directory"
If i am changing the extension for example in mercedes.net , it works !
If in "Allow multiple submit:" i choose yes, works fine in any conditions.

All the "harm" is in URL field.

So, there is a php issue i think. It worked fine 2 years and right now dont wanna work anymore if i choose "Allow multiple submit:" NO

Any ideeas?

the url is topdirector.net (is translated in romanian) The red button (Adauga) is "Submit new site"

i have there an URL foto-nunta.ro and e-nunta.ro
now i am not able to add another site like nunta.ro (the message says : Already exist in romanian)

Ididnt change anything in the soft (script), but i cant be sure about my host. But i need to know if is a problem with my host, to know what to ask them.

If you need, i can upload a phpinfo file in the root of the URL
