Can't find deep links

Sorry to sound stupid, but I simply cannot find any links where I can DL or buy a deep links mod. I have been searching this forum like mad.
Somebody help.

There are a few variaties of deeplinks so

My suggestion is if this is for version 3.3 and you want more payment options to go paid as the structure has changed just a wee bit on the submit and payment page ;)
