Disabling category selection... yes disabling.

I have a directory that is probably forcing the limits for the number of categories that should be run with phpLD2.

As such when one tries to load my submit page, they are bogged down with insane loading time. I really mean insane.

Is there a way to disable category selection and let me or my editors select the most suitable one?
