what does "Links with nofollow attribute" mean?

It means that the script will add a NOFOLLOW code to the links. This prevents search engines from spidering the links back to the site. It is believed to be good for SEO, by not allowing search engines to follow the link, they do not count the directory as a "Bad Neighborhood" for the website. It is really still up in the air if this is actually better for sites or not.
