You can not!
There are two ways, eighter you write, or ask someone to write for you, a custom mod or you can use an Alexa mod.

You can't by default, but it's not hard to add. I just added a new field to the database and updated two templates. It doesn't allow for the user to add or submit a picture, but I can add one on the administrative side.
