Moved. This is not a pre-sales question.
Make sure you read about our supporters forum (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5846).

Um Thanks for the unsupported question, worth 10.00, stupid not to just include it in the price,
buy a product and get support, for a fee.

Like Dawzz said...your database is the problem. It's either down or corrupted.
Try to run the installer again.

There are no excuses I answered your question with the remedy. IF you want to pissed so be it, but you should get pissed for the right reasons ;)

Exactly, we have 3 different people responding to your question, and waiting for your response about the database. It's not like we aren't helping you, but we have info all over the site about the supporters forum including on the purchase page, so you can count on being nagged about that. :)

I just had exactly the same problem with A Way Away. It was nothing to do with the script at all and took me 2 minutes to fix it. (My host had upgraded to faster servers and the database connection needed changing)...

....So, if your're getting annoyed with the guys here for not supporting a problem that is more than likely caused by your host, then you have some serious issues than need addressing.

Check your database and/or your connection info in your config.php.

Bruce.

It's a SQL Database problem

this is due to crash of PLD_CATEGORIES Table

you can fix it by repairing PLD_CATEGORIES Table

just execute REPAIR PLD_CATEGORIES in SQL field

ok possibly if you purchased v3 sometime ago, you forgot about the statement made about the supporters forum...

however being here this long, have you really had any issues with "unsupport"?
