Search not returining items that exist

Posting here as this was the only 3.x forum that I located...

Using 3.2 and SpringBreak template.

Added a category "Health and Medical" and sub-cat "Hospitals" and a few hospital links.

When using the search function and searching for "hospitals" this is what is returned:
Content visible to registered users only.Searched here and this does not seem to be a problem for others so I must not have something correct.

Is this a file correction or an admin setting that I missed or no clue at all?

Site is frontrange.info if a look will assist...

For those that might find this thread...

The 3.2(old) search issue was due to php version 5.2.5 vs php ver 4.x

Answer was passed to me by Dawzz from this thread and is reposted here also:

In search.php, on the very bottom of the file you'll find:
Content visible to registered users only.Replace with:
Content visible to registered users only.Edit: Not yet allowed to post live links...
