PHPLD v3.3 (Newest) Fatal error when click Categories or Links in Admin

Fatal error after clicking Categories or Links in Admin

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../search.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php:/home/content/a/r/d/{ContentRemoved}/html/') in /home/content/a/r/d/{ContentRemoved}/html/admin/dir_categs.php on line 241

This is a Clean install just got done installing it and was starting to set it up
when i tryed to click Categories and Links in Admin area and this error comes up.

Make sure search.php is in the root folder, same folder as index.php. If not, upload it there.

Hi, is there any other way to fix this problem. because, i am having the same problem. and i have appleid your procedure, but the problem still exist.

The problem is not there by default and has not shown up for me so I would say make sure that you have uploaded all files and have not tried to set the permissions on php files to 777. After that I would need ftp access pmmed to me then patience as I work thru the list according to member status and time submitted.
