Add text to Emails and Stuff

Hello everyone, I have a few question, some help will be appreciate:

1. I have to add a few text lines in the emails sent to the person who submit free/paid links to our directory. How can I do this?

2. How can I add a thank you page where the person who submit links to our directory is directed after insert a free/paid link
