anyone like to tell me that why my signature hyperlink in forum automatically removed again & again ?

How are you writing your signature links?
HTML code is disabled, you need to use [/url=http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/faq.php?mode=bbcode]BBCode[/url].

example:
Content visible to registered users only.

I have just checked your username and tested the signature. it's all working well :)

As I said before, use this example to write your url's:
Content visible to registered users only.
Blue highlighted text is your URL, the red is the title.
