Can't get the "Visual confirmation"

Hi. I have the application install just fine. I just can't get the "Visual confirmation" to work. I have already installed the patch. I have noticed that other websites seem to have gotten this to work just fine. Any ideas or steps I need to take?

I noticed there are two more patches to in WebSVN
If you can hold on a couple for days, I have a feeling it will be working in more environments (but works on all my sites fine). I think there is a common Free Font extension in GD that is not always installed on every server.
