How to Edit Top Link Bar

Hi All

i hv recently installed PHPLD3. I want to remove contact link from Top link bar and changes on font sizes & colors how can I do this.

Remove this line from top bar:::

fonts are changed via style.css edit "path" and or "submit" <div id="path">
