New to Newstopica and RSS

Ok guys, I know this all sounds like I am an blit\hering idiot, but...well maybe I am.

I just got Newstopica, and have it set up.
Uhm... Now what?

I knooow phpLD, but I don't know a frogs hair from shag carpet when it comes to RSS feeds.

if I go into admin and then ADD Rss feed. Where do I get the link for it? I know I can go to sites like USA Today and click on the XML button, but that just opens a page of RSS code. Do I grab a link from that and use it?

Someone please enlighten me on RSS, or just put me out of my misery.

Right click the XML button and click copy shortcut. then add that link in newstopica.
