Can not run installtion

Hi,
I cannot run installation, whenever i go to /install/index.php it brings me back to the INDEX page.

I am upgrading but I am installing in the different folder.

To upgrade, please follow the directions included in update.txt.

That is what i m trying to do. Follow the instruction, I did everything but i can not run the installation.

Are you going to the

domain.com/newfolder/install/index.php?

The fact you are getting tossed back to the index page means that the index in the install folder is not there.

Index is there and yes i m goin to the right path.
