my directory is loading really slowly

Hi all, I'm not sure I'm posting in the right place but here's my problem.

My directory is loading really slow, specially the submit page.

If someone can help me to deal with this...

1. Enable cache in admin if you haven't already done so.

2. Enable AJAX category selection.

That should help a bit
