Can Link Submission be restricted to admin?

Want to run a directory and have installed with no problems, but don't want to have people uploading urls rather just to display urls we input ourselves. Is there any way I can do this at all so that it doesn't waste peoples time submitting links that will never be displayed?

Hello!

You can eighter remove "submit.php", "template/submit.tpl" and the links pointing any submit page so you can submit now from admin panel, or you can upgrade to phpLD3 and wait 2-3 days till next release were you can set if just registered users can submit.
