First off, like everyone else here, I flat-out love the directory.
My feature suggestions would be to have a CSS customization gui with fields/drop-downs for all displayed texts/links so we can more easily generate a custom look and feel for the directory. It would save the frustration of editing the actual css file and risking messing things up. A live preview via JavaScript would be nice too! :D
Allow/Disallow link submition, and will hide the "submit link" if disallowed.
Do not show the PageRank if it is "N/A" but have the same space it occupies remain empty using a blank spacer.gif or something like that.
Another feature would be to have an image banner/textual link choice when you make the link, then the script sets and displays the link to the banner/image or text depending on the setting.
