Linking to other PHPld sites

I might sound a bit thick here (no comments please :oops: )
but how do I link to other phpld sites so that the reciprocal link will work on both sites?

you checked off *reciprocal, correct?


when you add the links manually, it should work just as any other.
something must be up. if you want me to check it out for you, i can make some time.

Correct me if i am wrong please but what i get from his first post

if u add a link either via admin or normal submit way to ur own site/directory how it automatically gets added on reciparocal site(that u are adding offcourse) unless u have submited at that php site also that asked for a reciparocal link back.
