init.php error - not abble to access admin area

Hi have versi 2.1.2

everthing whas working fine
i make a new categories
and with the 6 categorie i get this error

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in admin/init.php on line 232

Can somebody please help becuas i cant log in to the admin .

Same problem for me. It says:
