importing database in a sub directory

Just wonna ask great ppl here(experts i mean)

if u have health directory and as well as a general directory

can u import that health directories database(as it is) into the General directories health catagory, wihtout doing any harm to present links and stuff???

not a good idea unless you've checked checked and checked again, to ensure everything is perfect.

if it doesnt, there still remains the the hassle of parenting the children categories to their respective parents.


lovelylovely, do you have everything in a db? zip it up and send it over.

i am willing to take a look at this, as i have messed with the aspect of grabbing data and presenting it in the form of inserts for my db.

I actually took: u.s.a ->state->county-->city

from a html formatted page and parsed it into a db.
