Help with CSS

Looking for help with CSS. I was able to be my footer back under everything, but now the tags are way over to the left, and on my index in Safari and FF there is a large gap?

Can someone help me with this please. I'm totally lost. I don't know If need 2 css files for different browsers or what?

you don't give your site url in your every thread. that is a problem, without your website url, how can we check problems?

search this:

Remove from this line:
Content visible to registered users only.
After removing, line will be like this:

Content visible to registered users only.
